Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Company:

Elexadent Limited reserves the right to cancel any order prior to delivery without any liability to the Buyer.

2. Consumer Cancellation (Cooling-off Period):

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within seven business days of receiving the Goods. This right applies to most Goods, but certain exceptions may apply (e.g., personalized items, software with broken seals).
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing within seven business days of receiving the Goods. You are responsible for returning the Goods to us at your own expense, unless the Goods are faulty or not as described (see section 4 below).

3. Restocking Fees:

If you cancel your order under the cooling-off period (section 2) or return Goods due to an ordering error or cancellation (not due to a fault of Elexadent), a restocking fee of 25% of the Goods’ value will be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with testing and repackaging the returned Goods.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods:

If the Goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us in writing within five days of discovering the defect. We will then provide instructions for returning the Goods at our expense.

Upon receipt of the returned Goods, we will examine them and, if the fault is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Repair or replace the defective Goods
  • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Conditions for Returns:

The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

  • You must notify us in writing of the issue within the specified timeframe (five days for faulty goods, seven days for cancellations).
  • The Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, if possible, and in a resalable condition.
  • For boxed software, the box seals must be unbroken.
  • For electronic software, a signed “Proof of Destruction” is required to credit the Buyer’s account.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the Goods are faulty or not as described (in which case we will cover the return cost).
  • Returned Goods remain your responsibility until we receive them. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.

6. Handling Fees:

A 25% handling fee will be charged for Goods returned due to ordering errors or cancellations by the Buyer.

7. Software Returns:

  • Boxed software must be returned with unbroken seals.
  • Electronic software returns require a signed “Proof of Destruction” to receive a credit.

9. Exclusions:

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to this Policy:

Elexadent Limited reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
