ELEXADENT LIMITED SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Countries:
We ship to the UK and Mainland UK, Ireland, and internationally.
2. Shipping Cost:
As a guide shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and quantity of the item(s) and are handled by our shipping partners, Royal Mail, UPS, and DHL. The minimum shipping cost is £8 for Royal Mail (UK only), £14 for UPS/DHL (UK only), £50 for international shipments within Europe, and £75 for other international destinations. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
4. Order Delivery Time:
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): 3-5 business days.
Special Orders (UK Mainland): Up to 30 days.
Online Orders (UK Mainland): Up to 30 days.
Ireland: Delivery times may vary and are typically longer than UK Mainland. Please contact us for estimated delivery times to Ireland. Royal Mail shipping to Ireland may also have different delivery timelines.
International (Within Europe): 5 business days.
International (Rest of World): 7 business days. Delivery times for international orders are estimates and may be subject to customs delays and other unforeseen circumstances
5. Order Handling Time:
Our order handling time, which includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment, is typically within 1 business day.
6. Order Cut-off Time:
The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM UK time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
7. Shipping Method:
We utilize Royal Mail, UPS, and DHL for our shipping services. The specific carrier and service level may vary depending on the destination, weight and size of the package, and the shipping option you select at checkout. Royal Mail may be used for smaller, lighter packages within the UK, while UPS and DHL are generally used for larger or heavier items, or when expedited or international shipping is required. You may be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout, where available. For international shipments, the chosen carrier will depend on the destination and the best available service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the Delivery Point.
The Buyer shall take delivery of the Goods within 7 days of the Company giving it notice that the Goods are ready for delivery.
Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
Save as is provided in condition 5, the Company shall not be liable for any loss caused by or resulting from any delay in the delivery of the Goods. No delay shall entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless such delay exceeds 100 days.
If for any reason the Buyer fails to accept delivery of any of the Goods when they are ready for delivery, or if the Company is unable to deliver the Goods on time because the Buyer has not provided appropriate instructions, documents, licences or authorisations, then:
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer (including for loss or damage caused by the Company’s negligence);
The Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and the Company may store the Goods until delivery, whereupon the Buyer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance).
The Buyer shall provide at the Delivery Point and at its own expense adequate and appropriate equipment and manual labour for loading the Goods.
The Company may deliver the Goods by separate instalments. Each such instalment shall be invoiced and paid for separately.
Each instalment shall be a separate Contract and no cancellation or termination of any one Contract relating to an instalment shall entitle the Buyer to repudiate or cancel any other Contract or instalment.
Delivery charges are based on Royal Mail UK Mainland parcel rates shipped as 1st Class Recorded. Additional handling charges may apply*

Other Courier Delivery services e.g. DPD and FedEx are available upon selection at the Check Out stage of the order.
* Handling charges cover the cost of franking, packaging, handling of shipments and storage as required.
