Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Sterilization Requirement

Customer must sterilize all instruments before return

Valid sterilization certificate must accompany the kit

Certificate must include:
• Date of sterilization
• Sterilization method (autoclave recommended)
• Facility/practice name
• Technician’s signature

2. Return Process

• Return via tracked courier only (Royal Mail not accepted) by 5 PM on day 14.

  Important: Using Royal Mail or untracked shipping may result in loss of the kit, for which the customer will be liable.

• Include:
  • Original packaging with all components
  • Valid sterilization certificate
  • Completed return form (emailed post-purchase)

• Email tracking number to sales@elexadent.com

3. Non-Compliance Fees

• Authorization fee if certificate is missing
• £85 reprocessing fee for incomplete sterilization
• Replacement cost for damaged items plus £25 handling fee

4. Late Returns

£18/day late fee applies from day 15-28

After day 28:
• Rental fee (£150) applied toward purchase
• Balance (£480.22) charged automatically
• Kit becomes customer’s property

5. Loss & Damage Liability

• Customer is responsible for:
• Full replacement cost of lost items
• Repair costs for damaged items
• Specialized decontamination if not sterilized

6. Authorization

• By renting, customer agrees to:
• Sterilization certification requirement
• Additional charges for non-compliance
• Payment of all fees via original payment method
